1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Square Forge, a web design tool provided by Pixelhaze Academy. By accessing and using Square Forge, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use this service.

2. License to Use Pixelhaze grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Square Forge solely for your personal or business web design projects. You are not permitted to redistribute, resell, lease, license, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your access or rights to use Square Forge to another party. The platform is strictly for use in projects you are directly involved in.

3. Payments and Access Access to Square Forge is contingent upon receipt of payment in full. No access to the platform will be provided until payment has been received and verified. This applies to all versions of Square Forge, including one-time purchases and subscriptions.

4. Subscription Terms (Square Forge Pro Membership) Square Forge Pro membership is billed regularly and will continue until terminated by either party. You may cancel your subscription at any time with a notice period of 30 days. The cancellation notice must be submitted in writing, and the service will remain available until the end of the notice period. Upon cancellation, no further payments will be taken, but no refunds will be provided for any subscription fees already billed and paid.

5. Intellectual Property Rights All custom layouts, designs, and functionalities created by Pixelhaze through Square Forge are the intellectual property of Pixelhaze. Users are granted a license to use these designs within their Squarespace websites while acknowledging that Pixelhaze retains all proprietary rights. The intellectual property rights of Squarespace itself remain with Squarespace, Inc.

6. Limitations of Liability Pixelhaze will not be liable for any unauthorized redistribution or resale of Square Forge by the user. Users found in violation of the redistribution or resale terms will have their access revoked without refund. Furthermore, Pixelhaze shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use Square Forge.

7. Relationship with Squarespace Pixelhaze and Square Forge are independent entities and not affiliated with Squarespace, Inc. While Square Forge is designed to complement Squarespace, it is not endorsed or sponsored by Squarespace. Changes made by Squarespace to its platform that affect Square Forge are beyond our control and responsibility.

8. Termination and Suspension Users may terminate their use of Square Forge at any time by notifying Pixelhaze in writing. Pixelhaze reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Square Forge if users breach any terms of this agreement, fail to make due payments, or engage in harmful conduct.

9. Updates to Terms Pixelhaze reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through a notification on the Square Forge platform.

10. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

11. Feedback and Complaints Feedback is welcomed and encouraged. Complaints or issues with Square Forge should be directed to info@pixelhaze.co.uk. We aim to resolve complaints fairly and promptly.

General Terms You agree to use Square Forge only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this service by any third party. This includes refraining from unlawful conduct, harassment, or causing distress or inconvenience to any person.
